A London Montessori Parent-Child Learning Group

 

 

Carefully collected Montessori Mandarin materials are available for the child’s whole development. According to the Toddler Mandarin® curriculum, activities are ranged from singing and dancing, to pouring and cutting, to food preparation and tasting activities, to baskets of Mandarin and English language materials.

 

Our classes are parent-child classes. ( Mandarin classes for children older than 3 years old, please register the Private Lessons options or see the Accredited Montessori Mandarin Settings. )

 

An important part of the program is for you to learn how to apply Montessori principles to support your child/ren's Mandarin learning journey in you daily lives. We love working with both the children and parents so that both of you benefit from the learning experience and knowledge throughout your lives, not just when you are in class.

If you would like to join our waiting list, please follow the instructions HERE. Sometimes it might take around 3-6 months for a space to become available so it's recommended to join the waiting list as soon as possible. Then I will contact you when there is a space. 

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Once there is a space in a class for you, you will sign up for a specific day and attend on this day once a week for 1 hours. Each child is to be accompanied by one adult/carer. Twins or siblings may come with one adult/carer.

• All sessions are offered in Mandarin–circle time each session includes Mandarin and English songs.

• English and other non-Chinese speaking children are very welcome–a great opportunity for your child to be introduced to Mandarin. The qualified Montessori Mandarin teacher also speaks English but uses her/his Mandarin with the children.

• There are 4-20 toddlers per group depending on the size of classrooms.

• It is requested that older siblings do not attend class. Younger siblings may come along but pay for a space once they are 6 months old.

• If your child is sick or you are unable to attend, you may book in for a make-up class. Only one make-up class is allowed per child per term.

• Free cancellation before 4 weeks of the beginning of the course. If you cancel before 2 weeks of the beginning of the course, a cancellation fee of £40 will be charged to cover administration costs. Cancellation within 2 weeks before the beginning of the course are non-refundable.
